Dr. Sunil Israel, Director - Technical

He heads the Wastewater Division of Alogreen Water Tech.

He is a microbiologist who has a vast experience working on microbes and especially on sludge microbes.

He worked under the supervision of Renowned Scientist Dr. Satish Lodha for Ph.D. in Plant Pathology at Central Arid Zone Research Institute, Jodhpur which was affiliated with Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur. He worked on soil solarisation, sublethal temperatures, Bio-pesticides and various projects at national and international Level. He also holds a degree in Postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Finance. He published many Research papers in International Journal of Repute.

He worked in senior-level scientific position and headed many projects at National Horticulture Research and Development Foundation especially in the field of Onion Garlic and other vegetable crops. He worked on a disease forecasting system model in Onion and worked on breeding resistant varieties in Garlic and Onion lines.

His works extensively for Food preservation technology and fumigation technology.

He worked extensively on sewerage and effluents waters and sludge management in collaboration with Osmania University, Hyderabad.

His rich experience of 15 Years includes Project Planning and Project Management, Research & Development of Methods, Business Development & Design, and Planning of Solid Waste Management for Municipal Solid Waste, Waste Water treatment, Environmental Impact Assessment and execution of operations of Projects.

Sunil Israel experience and expertise is in industrial water and wastewater systems. He has extensive knowledge and experience in biological systems, physical/chemical systems, waste treatment techniques/equipment and the application of water-soluble polymers and chemistries to all of the above.

He has served various government bodies like. He has also served various Multi-National firms like Techselah, Biovation etc.

Shailendar Kumar, Director - Planning

He leads the Technical, Planning Division of Alogreen Water Tech.

Shailendar started with Brickstech India in January of 2018. Shailendar graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad with a B.Tech Degree in Biotechnology in 2012.

Shailendar is a creative problem solver, with a successful career track in design, development, operation and management of various common hazardous, bio-medical and municipal waste management facilities. He benefits the organization with his experience of 5 years, especially in environment protection, Wastewater Management, and monitoring waste management with expertise in quality, environment and safety management systems.

For the past 5 years, he has worked for various water treatment companies who service the Water and Wastewater industry (Industrial and Municipal) in Hyderabad.

His works extensively for Food preservation technology and fumigation technology.
